Returns Policy

At Berkshire Tech we strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. To this end, we offer a 14-day returns policy for all items purchased from us.

If within 14 days of purchase you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). All returns must be in their original packaging and include all original accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged or incomplete.

Once your return is approved, we will issue you a return authorization number. You must include this number with the returned item in order for your return to be processed.
